Neyer Plumbing has the qualified employees and necessary excavation equipment to accomplish all Site Utility projects. This division has evolved as a core competency of our company and we are continually improving the methods by which we manage these projects.
This division is managed by Steve LaGreca. Steve has worked in this department for nearly 25 years and has been the department manager since 1994. As Project Manager Steve employs a crew of foremen, operators and pipe layers that are dedicated to delivering the best quality project while being performed in a safe manner.
Safety is the number one priority at Neyer Plumbing and excavations are one of the most dangerous areas in the construction field. We have trained all employees of the dangers of excavations and the safeguards that need to be in place. We also possess the necessary shoring equipment to complete the job safely.
In addition to servicing the other departments of Neyer Plumbing’s excavation needs, the site utility division can also service its own customers. Neyer Plumbing has completed large site/utility projects such as Lakota Middle School, Mt. St. Joe Athletic Facilities, and Anderson Towne Center. We also service smaller scale projects for private business and homeowners, like sewer, water and gas line repairs and replacements.
